Hi, I’m Lydia Myhoob – founder, owner, and the woman behind every crunch at Jackpot Nuts.

My journey didn’t begin in a factory. It began in Mediterranean kitchens where I spent over 15 years creating food that brought people together.

But everything changed when my family faced cancer – first caring for a loved one, then confronting my own breast cancer diagnosis.

Food suddenly meant something deeper: trust, health, and the protection of the people I love, especially my young son, Yazel.

I searched for clean, natural snacks I could feel good about giving him. What I found were flashy packages hiding ingredient lists I couldn’t trust. So we went back into the kitchen and started roasting nuts in small batches using simple, real ingredients – no artificial anything, non-GMO, gluten-free. Every recipe had to pass the “Yazel Test”, and that honest smile became my quality standard.

Those early batches sparked something bigger, a clean-label snack brand built on resilience, transparency, and uncompromising quality.

Today, Jackpot Nuts is a successful, woman-owned business in the heart of Las Vegas. We chose Vegas because it represents boldness, energy, and the joy of hitting the jackpot — the same excitement we want customers to feel when they open one of our bags.
